Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What hair extensions could I have?

A: All suitable methods of extensions for your hair will be discussed with you during your free consultation.

Q: Can I use heat on my new extensions ?

A: Yes you can ! All hair extensions that I apply are 100% human hair, unless stated otherwise. However I wouldn't recommend going over 150 degrees with any heating tool. Heating any hair may cause damage resulting in shorting the lifespan of your extensions.

Q: How much does it cost to get extensions?

A: It depends on the length and thickness of your desired look. Prices will be discussed during your consultation.

Q: Can I wear my extensions on holiday?

A: I would usually recommend having the ring methods of extensions if you're holidaying a lot. There is no adhesive so they won't melt under the heat. Avoid chlorine and seat water as these may change the colour of the extensions. High buns and top-knots are THE BEST idea whilst on a hot holiday

Q: Where are you based?

A: I am based in Inverness, Scotland. I am a mobile hair extension technician. So, therefore I travel to your home for your consultation and application of your new extensions.

Q:Ive had my nano bonds recently fitted and lost some. Why has this happened ?

A: It is very common to loose strands of hair when brushing. Typically people loose 10-25 extensions in the first 3 months of wear. Hold on to them and I will fit them back in on your next maintenance appointment.

Q: I've just had my extensions applied and my head feels tight. Is this normal ?

A: Yes, this is perfectly normal. You're head can feel slightly uncomfortable after application, as the bonds may be tight. They should never be unbearable though. Wearing low ponytails and low plaits for a few weeks can help you. They should only feel uncomfortable for 7 days. If you're worried though, please contact me.
